4. How long we keep your data
It is our policy to retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation. For all of the above reasons, your data will be retained for at least five (5) years after the end of our customer relationship. In addition, we align the retention of your data with any possible changes arising from the exercise of your personal data protection rights.
5. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

The procedure for processing any request relating to the above rights is as follows: We will evaluate your request and respond regarding its progress (approval of the request, partial approval of the request, rejection of the request) as soon as possible and in any case within one month from its submission. If our company rejects your request regarding the aforementioned Personal Data Protection Rights, we will inform you of the reasons for the rejection. You have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and with our company’s Data Protection Officer.
